When you place your order with American Stone Art, you may expect the very best from us in packing and shipping to see that your sculpture arrives at its destination in "top shape".
We usually ship United Parcel Service (ground) or United States Post Office (3rd class insured). That way you can expect your package in 5 to 10 days after shipping.
If you prefer, we can send it Next-day or 2nd Day Air for the current charges placed by the carrier.
To figure total cost of invoice:

|4. MO Sales Tax (6.225%) of line 3|
|5. S/H is 20% of line 3|
|Invoice total is lines 3 + 4 + 5|

Items to large to ship may be picked up at shows or other arrangements will have to be made.
We make every effort to make certain that your order is received by you intact and without damage. If, FOR ANY REASON, you ever receive a damaged sculpture from us, IMMEDIATELY contact your carrier, UPS or USPS, and show them the damaged item, the box and the packaging material that was in the box. American Stone Art has always had a good relationship with the carriers; and they have always refunded the amount to us for the damaged goods. NEXT, notify us as soon as possible, so that, when we hear from the carrier, we can replace your damaged item. Hopefully, this will never happen; but if it does, we will appreciate your handling it in this manner.
